TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a session with Cold Clock Productions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient experience for all clients.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than your session date.

  • Payment methods accepted: (Apple Pay, Cash, Cash App, Credit / Debit, Venmo, Zelle)

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you no-call, no-show or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to transfer your deposit to a new date.

  • If you cancel or reschedule more than twice, you may be required to pay the full session amount upfront for future bookings.

3. Studio Time & Usage

  • Your session time begins at the scheduled time, not when you arrive. If you arrive late, you will only have the remaining time left in your booking.

  • The time you book is the time you pay for, whether you use all of it or not.

  • If you need additional time, it must be approved and paid for before your session extends beyond the scheduled slot.

4. Media Release & Promotional Use

  • By booking a session, you grant Cold Clock Productions permission to capture and use photos, videos, and/or audio recordings taken during your session for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, our website, and other promotional materials).

  • These materials may be used to showcase our studio’s work, highlight client projects, and promote our services.

  • Ownership of music and creative content remains with the client. Any use of recorded material will only be for behind-the-scenes, studio environment, or promotional highlights.

  • If you prefer not to have your session recorded or shared, you must notify us in writing before your session begins.

  • Cold Clock Productions retains the right to remove any shared content at its discretion but is under no obligation to do so upon request.

5. Guest & Conduct Policy

  • No unapproved guests are allowed in the studio. If you plan to bring someone, prior approval is required.

  • The studio maintains a professional work environment. Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate may result in immediate termination of your session without a refund.

  • Cold Clock Productions is a smoke free environment. Electronics devices are approved.

6. Liability & Studio Property

  • You are fully responsible for any damage, breakage, or theft of studio equipment or property that occurs during your session.

  • Any intentional or negligent damage will result in financial liability, and you may be charged for the full cost of repairs or replacements.

  • Cold Clock Productions is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep all valuables secure.

7. Security & Surveillance

  • For security purposes, the studio is under 24/7 video surveillance.

  • Smile, you are on camera.

8. Rights to Refuse Service

  • Cold Clock Productions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that is harmful to the studio, staff, or other clients.

9. Agreement to Terms

  • By booking a session with Cold Clock Productions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
